RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY If you are unhappy with a product please let us know! If the product is faulty we will gladly replace it or refund you, or offer a Gift Card to the same value. Consumer law in New Zealand does not require retailers to refund goods if customers change their minds.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and we require an exchange card or proof of purchase.
You have two weeks from the date of purchase to exchange an item for a Under Rated Gift Card to the value of the item at the time it was purchased.
If you live outside of Auckland please send us an email and let us know you are returning a product.
Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
